Lauren has worked in the corporate offices at Publix and has held a variety of roles that shaped her into a full-charge bookkeeper and consummate professional. She thrives on making financial clarity approachable and stress-free, and she finds purpose in supporting clients who feel stuck or overwhelmed, empowering them to move toward stability and success
Ron has run his own business for over 16 years. He vividly recalls the hurdles of the early days; the wrong turns, the tight cash flow, the wish for someone who’d been there to point him in the right direction. That experience fuels his drive to help others bypass those same struggles.

Olive
Our name, Olive Branch, symbolizes peace, hope, and the possibility of a fresh start. It also carries a deeply personal story: Olive is the name of one of Ron’s rescue dogs. Olive and her siblings were found abandoned in an alley in San Antonio, TX. tiny, motherless, and in need of care. As the runt of the litter, Olive required special attention from a loving foster family before finally finding a forever home with Ron.
Olive’s spirit, her resilience, her boundless joy, and her ability to make every moment feel full of love reminds us why we do what we do. Just like Olive, people and businesses deserve that second chance, that moment when everything clicks and you realize anything is possible.
