Olive
Our name, Olive Branch, symbolizes peace, hope, and the possibility of a fresh start. It also carries a deeply personal story: Olive is also the name of one of Ron’s rescue dogs. Olive and her siblings were found abandoned in an alley in San Antonio, TX. tiny, motherless, and in need of care. As the runt of the litter, Olive required special attention from the vet, then a foster family, and finally, permanently with Ron's family.
Olive’s spirit, her resilience, her boundless joy, and her ability to make every moment feel full of love reminds us why we do what we do. Just like Olive, people and businesses deserve that second chance, that moment when everything clicks and you realize anything is possible.

Ron Carter is a Texas entrepreneur with a builder’s mindset and a background in finance. His natural curiosity and problem-solving approach led him to earn a BBA in Finance from Texas State University and build a career focused on making complex decisions clearer and more actionable.
After working in HR and HVAC sales, Ron founded his own

After working in HR and HVAC sales, Ron founded his own HVAC company in 2008, where firsthand challenges taught him the importance of understanding financial statements and using data to drive smarter decisions. He later helped develop a coaching system for skilled trade businesses, combining real-world experience with practical financial insight.
Today, through Olive Branch, Ron helps business owners gain financial clarity, strengthen operations, and move forward with confidence.

Since joining Olive Branch Credit and Consulting, Lauren has also become a Certified Credit Repair Specialist, allowing her to support clients with both financial organization and credit-focused strategy.
